Shared Services

We provide offshore back office and operation support to all of our US affiliates within the Stone Harbor Staffing Group, Inc., such as finance, payroll and billing processes, administrative support functions such as jobs and leads management, recruitment assistance, credentialing, reporting, talent acquisition, benefits customer service and other HR-related functions that support the US operations.

Stone Harbor Shared Services was previously known as Cirrus Global Services, Inc. and was incorporated in January 2017 under the A. Soriano Corporation group of companies. Later on, CGSI was purchased by a private equity firm — Webster Capital, LLP on October 19, 2017.

In June 2022, Stone Harbor Staffing Group was acquired from Webster Capital by The Pritzker Organization (TPO) in order to continue delivering its promise and create a scalable life sciences and healthcare staffing platform. Stone Harbor Shared Services started out with less than 60 employees in 2017 and has grown to about 280 employees in 2022, and continuously experiencing remarkable growth as new acquisitions fold into the Stone Harbor Staffing Group portfolio and synergistic opportunities for transitioning back office operations to the Philippine operations.
