Contract Sr. SAS Programmer-REMOTE-EST

Orbis Clinical is seeking a remote-based Contract Senior SAS Programmer for 6 months.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract SAS Programmer to provide immediate support to a growing Clinical Data/Statistical Programming organization. This is a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension and is expected to support increased workload through the remainder of this year and into next year.

The consultant will support an ongoing Phase 2/Phase 3 asthma clinical trial and will be responsible for the production and QC of clinical trial datasets, tables, listings, and figures. The ideal candidate will be able to step in quickly, work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support urgent internal data requests in a fast-paced sponsor environment.

This is a remote opportunity, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone or a similar time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAS programming activities for ongoing Phase 2/Phase 3 clinical trials
• Program and QC clinical trial datasets
• Develop and program ADaM datasets
• Develop Tables, Listings, and Figures (TFLs)
• Support SDTM programming and related activities
• Respond to internal data requests and ad hoc programming needs
• Work independently with limited direction and the ability to code without fully developed programming specifications
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Respond quickly to urgent requests
• Collaborate with Statistical Programming, Biostatistics, Data Management, and other internal teams
• Support production and quality control activities
• Contribute to the team's ability to meet study and development timelines

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10+ years of clinical trial SAS programming experience
• Strong experience working with clinical trial data
• Strong ADaM programming experience
• Strong TFL programming experience
• Ability to independently develop SAS programs with limited specifications
• Experience supporting Phase 2 and/or Phase 3 clinical trials
• Strong understanding of clinical data standards and programming processes
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Compensation Details:

• Orbis Clinical provides a reasonable range of compensation for our positions. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience and specific office location. 
• The Pay Range for this position is $70.00-80.00 per hour, can vary depending on employment status.
