Shift: Days / 6:45a-7:15p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- TX License
- 2 Years experience
- BLS
- NIH Certification
- Preferred experience for In Patient Rehab
Other Details:
- Direct patient care, implement care plans, and coordinate discharge needs
- 15 bed Inpatient Rehab
