Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x1, 12 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- OR License
- 2 years experience
- AHA BLS
- NIH Required for Tele
- ACLS
- BSN
- Epic experience 1 year
- Isolation Precautions required skills
- Charting Epic
- Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
- Trauma Level I and II Experience preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
- Patient ratio 1:5
- Float to the following unit(s): 9K Ortho/Spine, 10K ENT/Neuro/Stroke, 11K Cardiac IMC, 13K Med/Surg Onc, 14K Bone Marrow Transplant, 4A Abdominal Transplant, 5AC Medicine, 6A Overflow, 10A Emergency General Surgery, 13A Trauma, 14A General Surgery, 14C Medicine, Outpatient Care Unit (OCU) at CHH2
- BLS AHA (RQI not accepted)
- NIH

- Rolling start dates, only 3 candidates per orientation acceptable
- Unit Orientation dates vary based on candidate availability and facility bandwidth

**Facility expectation is RN picks up shifts immediately following orientation completion**

- 4+ weeks Credentialing process, orientation requested 2 weeks out!
