Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a  Travel - LPN

Shift: Mid / 4p-12a, 7.5x5, 37.hrs per week, EOW required

Length: 9 weeks

Requirements:

• NY License
• 2 Years Experience
• Completion of educational program for licensure as a LPN\
• Successful completion of required New York State Department of Health LPN IV Therapy Initial Program for the demonstration of competence in the performance of intravenous therapy/blood administration procedures as part of Centralized Orientation.
• Successful completion of annual unit-based review & update program in procedures associated with intravenous therapy.
• BLS
