Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• MI License
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Home Health Occupational Therapist position, reliable transportation.
• BLS
• (4) year baccalaureate degree program accredited by the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association. Preferred Education
• Bachelor's degree accredited by the AMA and American Occupational Therapy Association
