• WA License
• 1 year experience as long as able to be independent
• Experience with evaluation, therapy, home program recommendations
• BLS
• Epic (experience preferred)

• First-time travelers accepted
• Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: CVA, ortho, dementia with discharge recommendations
• Floating: throughout hospital, just not to peds
• Scrub Color: neutral/solid color
