Travel - Cardiac Perfusionist

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel - Cardiac Perfusionist

Shift: Days, 6:30a start, 8x5, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
On-Call Required (6-tier call system for nights and weekends)

Duration: 26 weeks

Requirements:

• Active TN Clinical Perfusionist License
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• 1 year of recent experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility
• Prior travel experience preferred
• ABCP – American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion certification
• High school diploma or college degree

Other Details:

• Setting: adult hospital, Cardiac Perfusion unit
• Must be able to operate point-of-care (POC) devices
• Covers cases of any complexity, including CABG, valves, adult congenital, dissections, complex aortic, and minimally invasive
• Covers cardiac, thoracic, and liver transplant cases
• ECMO covered in-house 24/7 — cannulations, decannulations, circuit manipulations, CT transport, and physical therapy sessions
• Also covers TAVRs, LLE in CL/EP, mechanical thrombectomies, and HIPEC cases
• Performs ECMO transports from outside facilities and NRP; standby for combination cases with vascular
• Does not include managing the pump at the bedside
• No floating required
• Accepting local candidates (75-mile local radius)
