Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, Monday- Friday
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- KY is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 year home health physical therapy experience
- Previous oasis experience
- Home care home base experience
- BLS
