Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Case Manager
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, No on-call or weekend
Length: 12 weeks
Requirements:
- WI License
- 2 Years Experience
- Wound Care Experience
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- BLS
- Home Care Home Base-HCHB Highly Desired if they don't have this experience Matrix Care is acceptable or any Electronic Medical Record
Other Details:
- Visits: 5 visits per day
- Skills competency checklist-REQUIRED and must be uploaded during compliance checks
- • Elder Abuse training
- • HIPAA training
- • Infection prevention and control
- • OSHA compliance
- • Education/skills training received in the past 12 months. This includes copies of any training they may have received in the past 12 months.
