Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Case Manager
Shift: Days / 8a-4p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Duration: 13 weeks
Holidays: One summer and one winter holiday
Rotating weekends: Every 4th or 5th weekend
Rotating weekends: Every 4th or 5th weekend
Requirements:
- NJ License
- Minimum 2 years of experience with acute inpatient hospital discharge planning
- Hospital experience
- Experience with discharge planning and placement in rehabilitation facilities
- Experience with subacute patients
- BSN
- BLS
