Travel RN - ER

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Emergency Room

Shift: Variable E/N, 3p-3a / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 14 weeks

Weekends vary based on unit needs, 2 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year's Day), no call

Requirements:

• WA license
• 2 years of ED experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC
• NIHSS
• Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, ED drips/medication administration
• Procedural sedation, blood administration, cardiac medications
• TNK administration preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: Epic
• Equipment: Alaris, Pyxis; central and bedside telemetry monitoring
• Patient types: peds to geriatrics — trauma, GSW, sepsis, STEMI, stroke (TNK), DKA, mental health/adult psych, respiratory, high-acuity medical; high geriatric population
• Traveler telemetry competency exam required prior to start
• First-time travelers accepted
