Shift: Mid, 1p-11p, 10x4, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
On-call 11p to 8a.
Requirements:
- MA License
- 2 years’ experience required
- 2 years of Hospice RN Case Management experience
- BLS
- Successful passage of VNA pre-hire medication test
- Hospice Home Care experience, IV Certification, Computer skills and BSN preferred
