Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Med/Surg
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Weekend Coverage: every other weekend, or six weekend shifts per six week scheduling period depending on the need of the unit
Requirements:
- OR license
- 2 Years Experience
- EPIC experience
- AHA BLS
- Acute care facility experience: Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
Others:
- Documentation System: EPIC
- Float Required: Depends on staffing of other units and our current census, staff may be asked to float
- Total Bed Count: 44 Bed Types and How Divided: All med/surg, including 8 stroke beds
- Ratios: Days 1:5. Most days its 1:4 but at times it can be 1:5 Nights 1:4 or 5 Weekends 1:4 or 5
