Travel RN - Pediatric Acute Care (Float)

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Pediatric Acute Care (Float)

Shift: Nights, 6:45p-7:15a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 15 weeks

Every third weekend; no call; must work 50% of holidays during the assignment

Requirements:

• CO license
• 3 years of Pediatric Acute Care experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• BSN
• Pediatric experience in a children’s-only hospital preferred
• Experience with varied patient populations preferred
• Prior float team experience preferred
• Cardiac experience preferred
• Trach/vent experience preferred
• Mental health patient population experience preferred

Other Details:

• Float pool role; Acute Care RNs float to Level 6 (Surgical), Level 7 (CCBD), Level 8 (Medical), Levels 9/10 (Pulmonary/Rehab), NICU, CPCU, Network of Care satellite locations, Med/Surg IP, IPU (Inpatient Psychiatric Unit), and 1:1 patient observation assignments
• Prior travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted (travelers new to the Pediatric Acute Care float pool considered)
• Seasonal influenza vaccine required; medical and religious exemptions allowed (completed exemption request form required in the submission package)
