Travel RN - OR

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - OR

Shift: Days/Evenings (rotating), 10x4, 40 hrs per week, Mon–Sun
Off-shift options: 8:45a–7:15p, 10:45a–9:15p, or 12:45p–11:15p
On-call required: one weekday call per week, plus one 24-hour call each four-week schedule block
Must work 2 of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day

Duration: 16 weeks

Requirements:

• Active VT RN License
• 2 years of OR experience
• Prior travel experience required
• Large (500+ beds), Trauma Level 1 experience required
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years (required and nonnegotiable)
• Strong Gen OR experience required
• Circulate and scrub skills checklists required in packet
• BLS

Other Details:

• Rotating day/evening schedule; the pattern is typically three day shifts plus one off shift
• Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci robotics, general surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, and trauma
• Charting system: EPIC
• No block schedules for any reason
• Must be flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of the unit and patient care
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
• Tiered by mileage (measured by direct line, not driving distance): Travel 101+ miles, Radius 51–100 miles, Local 50 miles or less; local candidates accepted
