• MA license
• 2 Years' experience 
• Needs experience in at least one of: neuro, ortho trauma, or kidney transplant
• BLS

• Unit covers 10 ORs, focused on Level I Trauma Surgery, plus transplant and reconstructive cases
• No-local-travelers rule (50+ mile radius)
