Travel RN - PCU - 5E Oncology

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - PCU - 5E Oncology

Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, EOW, No on call

Length: 13 weeks

Holiday Expectations: based on scheduled days from facility

Requirements:

• KY License
• 2 years STAC experience required
• Must have experience in stepdown, Tele, or taken patients with higher level of care other than just MedSurg (example: floated to PCU and took patient assignment)
• Skills required: Ports, PCA, Epidural pump, electrolyte replacement, comfort measure, palliative, lipids and TPN
• BLS
• NIHSS
• 3 years' experience preferred
• Chemo cert preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: Cerner
• Float to mixed acuity only
• Must be comfortable taking care of patients ranging from Med Surg to Stepdown level of care.
• First-time traveler not accepted
• Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Chemo, BMT overflow, active chemo/radiation, Mixed Acuity Unit
• Patient Ratios: RN: 1: 4-6 priority for 4 pt
• Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue
