Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel - Social Worker

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• MT LCSW License
• Minimum of (1) year clinical experience is required
• Must have hospital care management experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of social work, Sociology or related field is required
• BLS
• ACM or CCM certification
• (2) years of case management experience in hospital setting is preferred
