Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel - Social Worker BH

Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri
(No weekend required; holidays as needed)

Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Active IL LCSW License
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Epic (EMR) experience
• Travel experience preferred
• BLS
• CPI
• Master's Degree required

Other Details:

• Inpatient Behavioral Health / Psychiatric setting
• Charting system: Epic
• Conducts comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develops, implements, and adjusts individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Manages a full caseload of moderate-to-high complexity patients, including those with co-occurring disorders, psychosocial instability, and discharge barriers
• Provides crisis intervention and evidence-based therapeutic services across individual, group, and family settings
• Leads discharge planning and coordinates complex care transitions across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services
• Independently manages court coordination and legal processes
• No floating required
• New graduates not accepted
