- Referrer is a current or former Tidepoint Nurse or Med Tech (must be in US at payment).
- Referrer and referee have not breached their contract with Tidepoint.
- Referred is a Nurse or Med Tech new to Tidepoint, has had no prior contact.
- NCLEX Nurse Referrals: $50 gift card after referral signs contract; $1,000 paid 60 days after deployment to client site (referrer must be on assignment in US or have completed contract with us).
- Non-NCLEX Nurse Referrals: $500 paid 60 days after deployment to client site.
- Med Tech Referrals: $500 paid 60 days after deployment to client site.
