Strong system in place to onboard and support staff in the field, which is almost everyone in the company, given its structure. Good communication, when it is needed. Competitive pay, great benefits, company match in a 401K. I often receive packages in the mail from Seabright with useful company branded merchandise such as water bottles, clip boards, pens etc. that I can use on the job.

Seabright is an excellent contract company for SLPs. I've worked for 4 total agencies and Seabright is by far the best. They provide a clinical expert to help problem solve difficult situations, a liaison to mediate between you and the district when inevitable issues arise, excellent healthcare, and most of all they make you feel appreciated. They send goodies to you in the mail, check in about your job satisfaction, and have your back. The salary is competitive. They understand that the SLP is not a cheap commodity and they work hard to retain their employees.

They pay some holidays and give a few hours of PTO and sick time, which never happened to me with other agencies. They are always available to assist you with any question related to your contract.
